Double room in a 2 bed flat. The flat is on the second floor but there is a lift. 5 minutes walk to Ramsgate Harbour and to the beaches. It is very close to amenities, including Waitrose.
The room is fully furnished. You will be sharing the house with me and my adorable cat. Living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared areas. There is a new kitchen and a bathroom, very clean and functional, furnished with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a high speed internet and tv.
The room will be available from the 5th of October. You need to provide 2 references, one from work, and one from your current landlord. The rent includes all bills.
