Double room with en suite in Ramsgate

I have a 4 bedroom house in Ramsgate, near the beach and live with my adult daughter who is currently away travelling. I’m looking for a clean & tidy single woman to rent a large double room with its own bathroom. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers & clothes rail. There is also a ceiling height cupboard on the landing with a clothes rail and shelf. We have a lovely garden and the house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a big modern kitchen. It’s a 5 minute walk to to harbour/beach. We have a cat & 2 small friendly dogs so you need to be an animal lover. We are quiet, clean, tidy & friendly and looking for the same in a housemate.
