The house is unusually spacious, with high ceilings and a real sense of light and air throughout. The room itself is at the top of the house, so it feels very private and quiet. It is simply furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, with plenty of floor space.
A bright kitchen and dining area open onto a small garden and patio, which is lovely in warmer months. The bathroom (with shower) and separate loo are currently being freshly redecorated to keep everything clean and well-maintained.
The household is relaxed, respectful and not a party house. It would suit someone who enjoys a calm, tidy environment and is comfortable living in a shared home.
You would be sharing with the live-in landlady and one other female lodger who works full-time and keeps a quiet routine. There is also a very friendly black cat.
Rent is £650 per month, including bills.
