I am advertising the room on behalf of my Mum aged 75.

This is a good sized double room in a 3 bedroom maisonette. It has a large double wardrobe and bedside chest of drawers.
Desk can be fitted in upon request.

You would be sharing with a retired 74 year old lady. The flat has a shared living area/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It is clean and cosy.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Ramsgate Town centre with a number of shops and supermarket. It is 1 minute away from a bus stop for the Thanet loop bus.
The beach/seafront is only 2 minutes away.

Looking for a considerate, preferably tidy lady to share with. Non-smokers and no pets allowed.
