About Me & the Home
I work in London once a week but travel there often to see family and friends. I work 'from home' outside the house in a shared office space near the arches in Ramsgate. In my free time, I love going to the gym, sea swimming, and pole dancing. I’ve lived in shared houses before and always enjoyed spending time with housemates—cooking together, watching a series in the evenings—but I’m equally respectful of personal space. A safe, clean, tidy, and relaxed home is important to me, and I’m looking for someone who shares that mindset.

The house itself is modern and spacious, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is a great social space, fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, wine cooler, and my prized posession a boiling water tap with a fizzy water option. There are bifold doors leading out to the garden, and a separate living room with basement access.

There are two spare rooms, but I’m only looking to rent one—the extra room will be a flexible space for guests or a shared home office.

The room is spacious with a beautiful bay window. The walls are panelled and painted in a soft, dusty pink, complemented by a neutral carpet. It’s furnished with a king-size bed, two drawers, and a clothes rail. There’s also a decorative traditional fireplace (not in use), adding to the character of the space.

The house has two toilets and one main bathroom, which includes both a bath and a separate shower.

About You
Ideally, you have a 9-5 lifestyle and your own hobbies but enjoy a nice balance of social time and downtime. You must be a cat lover—I have two friendly, social cats who love attention (and don’t worry, no litter trays—they use the garden!).
