I am looking for a housemate to share semi-detached house in a quiet area in Ramsgate. A stone-throw away from the seaside, Ramsgate Harbour and Ramsgate town. Close to all amenities. Close to bus stops, and around 20 mins walk to Ramsgate Train Station.
Looking for a working professional or a mature student, as me and husband are both professionals . Large kitchen, living area, dining/conservatory and a nice little garden with pond- perfect to unwind after a busy day!
The room is very bright and airy. Downstairs bedroom room with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. Plenty of storage and the room comes with a desk and chair.
Access to own fridge. Fully kitted kitchen, with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Short-term and long-term considered. We have a 1 year old, but we mainly live and play upstairs.
