Lovely large double room

Hiya, I have a large fully furnished recently redecorated double room available 20/8.

It has a new toilet/ basin rm adjacent, and corner desk space with office chair for hybrid workers, creatives or students.

due to some mobility issues there are grab rails in bathroom and a stair rail as well

as of yesterday, a completed luxury bathroom with walk in waterfall power shower.

There is potential for use of a shared additional room for guests, socialising or wanting a chill room. my adult daughter occasionally visits and uses the room. It has a smart tv, sofa bed & has also recently been refurbished.

in bathroom and kitchen there is plenty of designated cupboard, fridge, freezer & drawer space.

In street parking is available in our street or close by.

You can use all of my appliances including dishwasher, air fryer, washing machine, bbq, garden space and shared living room.

All bills included, sweet patio/ garden area, bbq live in landlord.

I’m currently on the long wait for spinal surgery in london so am wanting a housemate who can stay a minimum of six months but potentially longer, to help cover costs and mortgage.

I’m very easy going, like a chat, also appreciate personal space

In return i’d appreciate good communication, a friendly atmosphere, and i friendly & someone who is willing to demonstrate respect all round.

Shared use of all communal spaces, kitchen appliances etc. room has a lovely double bed, large pine cabinet, large pine chest of drawers. clothes rack and corner desk area with office chair should you need it as a student/ creative or hybrid worker. It has new bedding and towels- ready to move in.
I have two very sweet cats - Freddie (8) who loves a quiet life and cuddle, and new addition 6 month old Frida. I love my cats so any tenant would need to be pet free & kind to animals. if so, you may well be rewarded with cuddles when required.

I live in a lovely cul-de-sac with friendly community minded homely & creative neighbours including a gorgeous pub. (Honeysuckle Inn )

I’m looking for someone laid back, mature, kind, unselfish, respectful who contributes to household chores and cleans up after themself (do not panic there is a dishwasher!!)

I have a few close friends who identify as LGBTQ+ so it’s important to me that anyone who steps through the door is respectful and comfortable with this.

I’d love to hear from anyone who likes to have their own space at times but also enjoys a night in occasionally sharing a meal, bbq or wine & a film or chat.

I’m on a career break from my nhs job atm awaiting spinal surgery in london. so this will help with the mortgage plus an opportunity for someone to secure get a pretty lovely set up in a roomy friendly home. with excellent and eclectic amenities.

House is 30 seconds walk from nearest loop stop, mini tesco and corner store. dumpton park train station is 20 mins walk. ramsgate cliffs 20 mins walk.

I’m not in a huge rush- i’d rather wait for the right person than rush for the money.
