Large Double in quiet geeky house

Hi potential housemate,

I have a large double room available to rent in Ramsgate in a beautiful period property. The room is on the 2nd floor and is available full or part furnished. The house has one large, shared bathroom which contains a separate bath and shower. There are two other separate toilets in the house. There is a paved garden and off road parking at the side of the house.

The house is in an excellent location. Ten mins walk to the train station or the city center and 7 mins walk to the sea.

We are looking to rent to a professional or a post grad student that we would get along well with. I’m a writer and my partner is a musician. The house is generally quiet – I get very stroppy if I’m woken up in the middle of the night – its definitely not a party house! A lodger who is creative, academic, left wing and vegetarian would be a bonus but not required!
