A furnished double room in my new build 2-bed flat has become available! It comes furnished and with an en-suite!

The Flat:
This 2-bed flat is brand new and is on the second floor with a south facing balcony in a peaceful area. There is a large open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, with a large TV equipped with Chromecast, HDMI and a playstation for films.

There is a house bathroom, with a bath, toilet and sink. There is also a dishwasher and clothes washing machine, a henry hoover and a fully equipped kitchen! The flat is a 5-minute walk from Ramsgate train station, and a 10-minute walk to the seafront. Trains to London are every half an hour, with the express train to St Pancras every hour.

The Room:
The room is an en-suite double room, furnished with a double bed, mattress and blinds, and a clothes rail. it is very quiet and faces onto the side of the development.

The Roomate!
The room mate is a mid-20s professional female who works nearby! The flat is social, but enough space for everyone to live comfortably (a bathroom each!). Looking for a like-minded professional who likes to occasionally socialise but is respectful of the flat and of others!
