I'm James and I have 2 double bedrooms available in a recently refurbished 3 bedroom semi detached house close to the beach.

All bills included along with netflix and prime video. Weekly cleaner too. High speed Virgin Media line.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with lockable doors suitable for single occupancy.

Kitchen has built in washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, fan oven, induction hob, microwave and dual basket airfryer.

Bathroom has large walk in shower 100x80cm.

Transport wise:
Dumpton Park train station for Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate 8 minute walk. Ramsgate mainline station for high speed is a 20 minute walk.

Bus stops located either end of the road serving all local areas.

Ramsgate beach a 20 minute walk. Broadstairs beach a 30 minute walk.
Open air tennis courts 6 minute walk
King George park 5 minutes walk
Granville theatre 10 minute walk

A bit about me:
A live in landlord, I grew up in the area however moved away abroad many years ago then into London where I now work in Advertising, spending a few days a week working from home. Into running, gym, a bit of a foodie and socialising.
