Lovely living area set up on top floor of victorian town house opposite park, 5 mins walk to Ramsgate train station, 15 mins to seafront. 10 to Waitrose. Street parking, but usually easy as no houses opposite.
Two rooms set up as double bedroom and lounge with own stairs and landing, so plenty of privacy. Bigger than photos seem. Please see video.

Shared shower but own toilet.
Shared use of kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher.
But will often be at my partner's, so you'd often have the house to yourself.
I do have a small friendly dog that is in during the day that you'd have to get on with. Thats easy though, because she is

Its a mellow relaxed atmosphere. I don't want any drama or raucousness.
There is super fast broadband. That wired in BT type and a massive TV and reclining sofa and the bed mattress is super comfy hand-made natural fibres in Cornwall. The sunsets in that direction and you wake up over looking the gardens in the back. Its lovely. If you hang out the window abit, you even get a sea glimpse.
It's a proper Victorian house, though, so if you want somewhere baking hot and toasty, please dont apply. There is central heating, but its big high ceilings kind of place.
I'm a 'young in my 50s,'. I'm probably looking for someone at a similar life stage.
As I said I'm often at my partners. Sometimes he comes over. I suppose your partner, if you have one, could come over too. But I'd prefer not to live with a couple, and I definitely don't want a string of strangers in or our bills to be caned please.
If you have children living elsewhere, I've been a teacher, so I'm DBS checked (so is my partner), so I'm open to them coming over too but frequency might effect the bills and we'd need to negotiate it.
Its all pretty easy going
There is actually a spare room (when I've cleared it) where my son would stay when he comes back from uni - which isnt often as his Uni is a long way away.
The rent includes bills and £50 towards council tax. You'd need a contract, deposit and references please. Even better if we know the same people.
