Extra Large Top Floor Double with En Suite

Hi, I’m James. Due to a change in personal circumstances, I have an extra-large double room available in my house from April (ideally from the 1st, but I can be flexible for the right person).

The room is on the top floor of a three-storey house and comes with its own private bathroom, so it feels nicely self-contained. The house also has a kitchen and utility room on the ground floor, and a living room plus master bedroom on the middle floor. The garden is currently a work in progress, but I'm looking forward to getting back to work on that as soon as the weather improves.

The house is in a great spot on St Luke’s Avenue, literally just behind Aldi. It’s about a ten-minute walk to Ramsgate train station and five minutes to the coast or into town. There is free on-street parking directly outside, which is always available.

The room can come furnished, including the bed as shown in the photos, or you’re welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture if you prefer. The rest of the house (living room, kitchen etc.) is already furnished. Rent is £750 per month including all bills, with a £750 deposit. The house has Sky super-fast fibre broadband, so working from home is no issue.

I work in film and advertising and commute to London twice a week, but I’m still around most evenings. The house is generally calm and quiet, especially during the week, and I’m looking to keep it that way. I’m open to who I share with, but I’m ideally looking for one person only (no couples) who is considerate, clean, and respectful of noise.
