Rooms to let in an all female household

Newly refurbished Victorian house. Short walk to the bus stop, shops and the harbour.
The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a newly built kitchen/diner to share opening out onto a garden roof terrace.
Each room has a smart TV.
Central heating, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer plus bed linen and towels included.
I live in my own apartment down stairs.
Off road parking plus the streets around have free parking.
Around the corner from the beautiful Vale Square. Walking distance to the Royal Harbour.
I would prefer an all female household.
No minimum let period. Stay a few days or make this your home.
