This is a room‑only arrangement with shared, fully equipped kitchen access, ideal for someone who values independence, privacy, and a peaceful place to stay.

All bills included. Weekly washing of bedding and towels provided. Lodger to strip and remake their own bed.
Single occupancy only. Occasional respectful overnight guests okay.

This is a quiet, private home. Please be respectful of noise, especially around shift patterns.
Shared kitchen access — please clean up after use and treat equipment with care.
No smoking or vaping indoors.

Monthly stays (£800) are preferred, but weekly stays (£250/week) are available for short‑term professionals.
