I will have a single room available at the beginning of December. It is a lovely clean room, newly decorated, near town centre & less than 1/2 mile from train station in Ramsgate, there is also a bus stop at the end of road for the Loop. Its £120 per week for single, plus £120 deposit to be paid in first week. References will be required. Please contact if need anymore details. Thank you.

Professional employed people preferred. I would also prefer FEMALE lodgers. No smokers. I have a very friendly dog, so if you're not keen on dogs it wont work.
