Double room with en-suit

Large double room to let, with en-suit, light and bright ground floor flat in a small private block near town centre. I myself work full time so time spent at home for me is limited. A working/professional female would be best suited to the let. There is no designated parking but one is able to park near by at all times and at rear of property at weekends.
