A small room with an en suite cloakroom, in a centrally heated spacious flat and with a share of the facilities, sitting and dining rooms and garden. Heating, Council tax and telephone included with the rent (within reason). Central Ramsgate location, on main bus routes, 10 minutes walk to a lively harbour, 15 minutes walk to the station and the high speed train link to London.

I am an active 60 something!

This room is not a bedsitting room, and will be more suited to someone who is either working away from home or moving into the area in a new job and is not certain if they wish to stay. A share of the facilities is offered.
