Nice single room with bay window and balcony

Sing room in house with mum and 2 sons, ages 7 and 10. Semi detached Victorian property in nice part of town, near park, 10 min walk to town and train station; bus stop 5 mins away, easy on street parking. Not shared living but have dining room for use. I work away every other month so you'll have house to yourself these times. Am looking for student or professional; someone who can work around my family and doesn't mind 2 boisterous boys running around! I don't really want to share my living area but I'm quite sociable and everything else is available for your use, we're a friendly bunch
