Double room in quiet Victorian home

A bright, airy furnished double bedroom for single occupancy, in a Victorian terrace family home. In a quiet central location, very close to all amenities - under 5 minutes to the town, the beach and the harbour. A short distance to the train station with fast links to London and other key locations, also near bus routes.
The only pet in the house is a small cat. Would prefer someone who goes out to work.
