..Single Room to Let...

...i am looking for someone to take a room in our shared house...i am a Live in Landlady...we live in a lovely Victorian house in a nice part of Ramsgate on the East Cliff.. with sea views...i will only consider.. respectable.. honest.. friendly people....no heavy drinkers.. Party goers or any one on drugs...as this is our family home...where sometimes ..my family & Grandchildren come to stay...I recently lost my Husband at an early age...so i would like a woman in the house even though i am very happy with my existing Lodgers...a Woman will be nice for me.....i am very happy to take people from foreign countries....we have hosted foreign students for the past ..'36' years...so would feel very comfortable with people from other countries...i want someone who is caring...quiet...who will mix with us ..i do not want anyone who will bring people into my home unless it is family.. my two existing lodgers have been here for four years...& we are a family.. but we also keep ourselves to ourselves ..usually meet in the kitchen ...i am a Cook by trade.. but now retired ..so i am happy to cook meals if anyone would like for..£8 per meal...you won't be disappointed ...we have a lovely Garden.. which you would be welcome to use ..i have made a small Beach Garden...which is so pretty ..i have a Dining room.. which under normal circumstances .. you would be able to use ..but sadly.. my Mother passed.. so her Cat is living in there.. she is an old Cat.. so maybe in the future.. when she passes.. the Dining room will be available...although it is always available if you want to eat in there ..the Single Bedroom is occupied at the moment with an extra bed as you can seen in the photo.. but that is soley because my family are down for Easter.. so the bed at the bottom of the bed in the pic won't be there...so genuine people only please apply...i will Interview everyone who i think might be suitable ..& will choose who I think will fit into our family home & make my decision...Thank you for reading this...regards..
