You have your own floor including bedroom + big living room in a shared house with two other friendly tenants.

Each tenant gets their own floor, and there is also a large kitchen with an attached shared living/dining room.

This is a big, light end-of-terrace Victorian house with a back garden, patio and a large bathroom and kitchen.

The current tenant is moving out and there are currently two housemates - one girl and one guy. We are hoping to find a nice housemate to share with and make it a homely and friendly share.

Bills will be shared three ways. All legal requirements such as gas and electrical safety have been met and will be shared with you if you move in. Before moving in, the landlord will need a copy of passport, references and deposit which will be protected in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
