Quiet green location in Sevenoaks near trains

Seeking a lodger for a spareroom. Nice cosy house in a quiet road next to lakes and a large bird reserve, Station and Tesco 12 mins walk with trains directly on Sevenoaks to London line.
Possible use of a desk. Fastest Internet possible.
Use of sitting room and garden.
There is no parking in the road and little within about 10 minutes walk.
Not a party house, very quiet and friendly.
This is for single occupancy, if no suitable single a couple may be considered at extra cost.
Interested in history, western esotericism, astronomy, art, archeology, effect of diet on health, London exhibitions, walks local and international, etc.
