Very cosy room with view onto woods, with full priority use of house and garden in quiet home situated in a private road next to a nature reserve with lakes, yet still in Sevenoaks.
Full use of sitting room and garden with quiet live in retired landlord in top room.
There may be use of a desk and tv, and may be some extra storage space in a summerhouse.
A smaller second room may be available as an extra for a study with desk/printer and single spare bed or second small bedroom.

It is above all else a quiet, even boring but cosy friendly household where you are totally independent. There are walks and hikes with or without a local walking club.
Included are all bills and a TV in your room if you want one. Clean shared kitchen and bathroom if kept clean.
Included are all bills being the Council Tax, TV license, Gas, Electricity, Water, unlimited fibre optic Internet, and most household items.

This is only for someone who -
specifically does not want to be in the centre of town after work but still in Sevenoaks and near enough to a station, huge supermarket, and the countryside,
does not need high maintenance,
and preferance given to those who do not have a car.
To be clear this is lodging in a spareroom not a short hold tenancy agreement although looking for someone stable and longer the better.
No drugs or mental health/alcohol issues.

Location--
Please make sure the location will fit in with your plans before you enquire and a bicycle rather than car is greatly encouraged (as elsewhere in the Sevenoaks area you would have to park up to 12 minutes walk away).
11 minutes walk to a 24 hour Tesco and between two train stations the nearest of which is about 13 minutes walk. Both go to central London in 33-47 minutes. It is about a 45 minute walk/20 min bike ride uphill to the High Street, far less back!
