Looking for a responsible and reliable lodger who looks after the house whilst I am abroad so you will have the property to yourself. Looking for someone who can look after a property, keep it tidy, a bit of yard maintenance and deal with any problems if they arise liaising with me. This is a short to medium term arrangement as the property will be put on the market..

You will need to pay bills based on consumption. Property will come furnished. will consider a couple at 770pcm plus bills. No pets or kids or housing benefit. References required.
