Double room, off-road parking & bills included ME1

I have 1 large double rooms to let. The house itself is located in a cul de sac area so it is safe and quiet but at the same time it is not far from the town or other amenities. There is a large co-op about 50 meters away and the local bus stop is just opposite the co-op.

Bills are included - this includes water, electricity, gas, broadband and council tax.

The rooms are suitable for someone who works locally and not to worry about parking after work. The location is a walking distance to the Rochester/ Chatham train station or the Coach service station directly into London.

The driveway is large enough to fit 2 cars at one time..

I myself is a laid back person so I am hoping to have same type of housemates living in. I am working 9-5 as a R&D engineer in the Medway city estate. After work I am usually at the gym or out running. On the weekends I will be bouldering in London or Maidstone.

Postgrad Students are welcome as well.
