There is a double room available in a fully furnished 2 bed flat. The room includes a double bed, small wardrobe, and bedside tables. You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom shown in the photos.

The flat is very bright, clean, and spacious, with an open planned living area and a large balcony that overlooks Rochester Cathedral.

The train station and main high street are only a 2-minute walk away.

All bills are included in the rent.

I work in the city from Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays, so I am not home all the time. I am a laid-back person who enjoys socialising but also values my own time. I keep the flat clean and tidy and I’m looking for someone who shares the same mindset.
