Room to rent with lock and key. Two wardrobes and a chest of draws and double bed inc, in nice spacious clean house with river views, use of dining room, large kitchen, bathroom and garden. On road parking available most of the time. 15 min walk to Rochester town centre and the station. Pets welcome depending on behaviour. Professional female preffered but open minded to students also, gay friendly not an issue at all. A quiet house and street, I am not always in and often out on holiday or at work. Very easy going. I am a musician so play electric guitar and electirc piano in the backroom upstairs which is not loud at all and I am very respectful of volumes, I expect the same respect as far as volumes. Like gaming also. Use of super fast BT fibre wifi. Netflix and YouTube welcome but no TV licence so most other channels such as BBC iplayer or sky signal is not allowed unless you pay the TV licence. All other Bill's (electric, water, gas and council tax) included in the price of £550. Feel free to decorate to how you like it (within reason). Smoking allowed in the garden only. Friends and partners allowed around sometimes within reason but no parties unless we discuss first and you have my permission. Again I'm very easy going so dont worry too much. Any question please feel free to ask. Minimum of 6 month stay but can be longer up to one year. References preffered. Ome month rent in advance as deposit.
