So I have two bright sunny rooms available at the back of the house (so no street noise) The house enjoys a great location in central Rochester minutes from the High street and station.

The first is a double room with 2 built-in wardrobes and 1 extra wardrobe with a mirror. Available 9th of September. £650 including bills.

The second (TAKEN) is a smaller but very nice bedroom with built-in shelves and a wardrobe plus a 3/4 size, small double bed. £450 including bills.

The house is big with a large open lounge and dining room with a smaller kitchen. Leading onto a large patio and garden with a barbecue area, hammock bays etc.

One bathroom, with shower, sink, bath etc. There is also a front reception room which can be used as a mini lounge/ office with TV, sofa etc.

About me: I am a television editor who works mainly from home but sometimes travels in to London. The house is split across three floors so it is easy to spend time both socially and privately.

I am looking for sociable, clean, tidy, reliable and trustworthy tenants. I have a dog called Dante, but I am unlikely to accept other pets.
