Double room central Rochester

Seeking professional housemate for double room in Victorian Terrace in friendly neighbourhood less than ten minutes' walk to the High St and station. The room has a double bed with wardrobe and shelf space. Shared living and dining, kitchen, bathroom, TV room and garden.
I'm a professional who works from home but also travels for work most weeks. I'm a keen environmentalist and am looking for someone who shares those values - I'm big on recycling and managing resource use.
Would prefer someone who doesn't necessarily depend on working from home all the time. Happy to accommodate a Monday-Friday only arrangement (and will negotiate a suitable discount).
The property is council tax B.
