Rochester station is a 15 minute walk away. Direct trains to London St Pancras International in 37 minutes, and to London Victoria in 43 minutes.

A short drive to the M2 and M20.

The room is spacious (3.3m x 3.7m), bright with two windows (though one of the windows is fogged up at present) a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and mirror.

The property is decorated in a neutral and minimalist style. Kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and lots of free storage space.

Bathroom has a waterfall shower and storage space.
Shared living room with dining table, TV, sofa and balcony.

I have a garage and there is some room for storage here if needed.

Monthly rent includes (electricity, water, council tax and unlimited Plusnet fibre internet). Electric heating throughout.

I live there too but am away fairly often so you will have it to yourself sometimes too.

I am easy-going and sociable, whilst appreciating the need for downtime and separate space too. I am looking to live with a friendly person who will respect the home. It is a quiet and peaceful block :). I am looking for someone who is tidy and happy to take it in turns to clean.

References required. I would want to agree the contract for up to 3 months to start but potential for extension after this.
