Good rooms for students

Good accommodation for individuals. Sorry - no couples.

Second-floor-west: 4.8m x 2.6m
First-floor-north: 2.9m x 2.5m
These would suit students, as there is a regular bus to the Campus, and there are part-time jobs in the area.
I am willing to accept a short let for any student coming from overseas who needs somewhere to live before finding a room nearer to the University.

The kitchen is on the top floor, and is about 4.5m x 4m
There will be more equipment added to it soon, such as an extra fridge-freezer.
The front room on the top floor is a living-room.
There is a toilet on the top floor, which will also have a bath or shower soon.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is BT broadband, soon to be upgraded to high-speed fibre.
Each bedroom is lockable, and there is a lock on the door that separates the top floor from the ground floor.
There is a new washing-machine.
There is gas-fired central heating from a combi-boiler, with a British Gas maintenance contract.
I have a cleaner who will come in regularly to keep the shared areas clean.

I live on the ground floor. I am a quiet and studious chap, happy to leave my tenants in peace as much as possible, as long as there is no noisy or anti-social behaviour.
