There is a large private back garden accessible to all occupants, a front garden and a driveway with space for 2 cars (1 current occupant has a car). Please note the parking spaces are on first come first served basic and maybe have a small additional charge to secure the parking as part of occupancy.

The maisonette is located in a quiet cul-du-sac only a 5min walk from both Rochester High Street and Chatham High Street and 10min walk to Rochester train station. Location is close to a range of local amenities and attractions.

There is side access to the property and garden available through secure side gate, as well as through property front door.
