Three rooms on top floor of family home

This advert is for the exclusive use of three rooms on the top floor of our family home. You will have total privacy on your floor and will have exclusive access to a lounge/dining/ kitchenette, a double bedroom with workspace, and en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate walk in shower. The house has just been renovated so everything is brand new. You will share an entrance with us and have to pass through our house to get to your floor.

We are a professional couple who work from home most days. Please note that this is our family home and we have a very well behaved child and very well behaved animals (a dog and two cats). We will endeavor to keep them away from your floor but you may come across them when passing through the house.
