Hi,

This is 'home away from home'.

The room is clean and fully furnished. It is available now.

We are a welcoming and open-minded couple. We reside at the property. We are kind, easy-to-talk to, to socialise with, and we get along very well with young people from all cultures.

We run busy schedules and may not necessarily see you, unless of course when required, or if we bump into you in shared spaces.

Our home is a mid-terrace house with available road-side parking It has a spacious rear garden and a large conservatory.

Expectations from our lodger:
To be tidy, friendly and considerate... that's pretty much all we expect, and all world views are respected.

Rent & Deposit:
- Ideally, this is paid at the beginning of the week. But we can work out a monthly payment arrangement, if this is preferred.
- A refundable deposit is collected on arrival.

Example: Rent is due on Mondays, or on the 1st day of December.
If you pay monthly, and you move in on November 10th (30-day month), you will be expected to pay both the deposit and the 20 days' rent, upfront.
