House-share: cosy, comfy, convenient

Hi,

This room is available now and fully furnished.

Currently, my husband and I reside at the property.

It is a mid-terrace house with available road-side parking, a spacious rear garden and a large conservatory.

Expectations from lodger /housemate:
A lovely, considerate person who cleans up after themselves.
That's pretty much all we care about. Your political and world views are your own business... but also no judgment please :)

The couple:
We are a welcoming and open-minded couple. We are friendly, easy-to-talk to and to socialise with. What you see is what you get. We get on well with people from all ages and different cultures. We run busy schedules and you may not see or hear from us for days or even weeks, unless we bump into each other in the kitchen.

Rent & Deposit:
- Rent for the month is paid at the beginning of every week, not the end. But we can work out a monthly arrangement.
Example: Rent is due on the Monday of every week, or on the 1st of September. Obviously, communication is very important, to ensure a seamless and stree-free arrangement.

The refundable deposit should be paid on the day you move in.
Example: If you choose to pay monthly, and you move in on August 11th (31-day month) then you will be expected to pay the deposit and 20 days of rent upfront.
