Hi, I'm ideally looking for a Monday to Friday house mate although I would consider 7 days a week full time housemate if it was a short term rental or we had similar personalities and were compatible for sharing my home.
for rent is a large Double furnished Room, with sole use of downstairs shower room. and obviously use of the kitchen, dining room and living room.
Rent includes all bills. (£450PCM Monday to Friday, £600 PCM for full time housemate 7 days a week)
I'm a very social, chilled, friendly guy.
Monday to Friday I Tend to work, sleep and try to motivate myself to get to the gym, lol... weekends tend to be busy socialising with friends, My current house mate is amazing, and unfortunately moving out at the end of July, so now looking for a new house mate. as above, Ideally Monday to Friday house mate, but would be open to 7 days a week if our lives align well.
