Double room in friendly house

Bright and airy double room available in beautiful period house in Central Rochester. The room is on the second floor, front facing with big views, provided with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Friendly house, we enjoy board games or a trip to the pub from time to time. Use of large social kitchen, dining room and living room. Some working from home, so it's a quiet professional house during the week.

Two cats are the actual live in landlords. I work and stay away from time to time so help with feeding and looking after the cats between us all is appreciated.

All bills and general household shared items included. We have a cleaner and a gardener, but we all pitch in to do usual chores to keep a generally neat and tidy house.
