Seeking new housemate.

We are looking for a new housemate to join us living in rochester. We are currently renting a lovely big three bedroom house in Rochester and we are hoping to move to rent a similar property near by from June 21st however one of our housemates is moving.

We are both teachers and both outgoing sociable girls.
I teach music and enjoy all kinds of water sports, BBQ's, skiing, socialising, dancing etc.

Your room would be a good sized double room with a shared bathroom. House has shared living room with conservatory, decking and reasonable sized garden, clean, modern, well finished house in a quiet area. Spaces for 2 off street parking.
