1 room to let in a 4 bed house in rochester, 5 minute walk from uca. Fully furnished house, double bed in all rooms, shared kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities. Parking on roads permits not needed. As we are only just moving in rent is an estimate of £375 with bills included.
