Basement Flatlet Sole Use

Furnished double bedroom with sole use of eat in kitchen and sitting room. Facilities include washing machine, microwave, hob and under counter fridge freezer and cooking and eating equipment. Own front door. Fortnightly cleaning is included. The house is a large victorian semi and we are a quiet professional family looking for a mature and quiet person. We have two dogs kept in a separate part of the house and they have never been into the basement. There is a small patio outside the sitting room. It is quiet and private. There is off road parking. It is 5 minutes walk from Rochester High St and 10 mintues from the railway station.
