I'm looking for a Monday to Friday lodger (non-smoker) to rent my beautiful loft space. My house is a large Victorian one in historic Rochester in Kent. It's in a great location for commuters, just 10 minute walk from Rochester Station, with high-speed link to London. Close to Greenwich University (Medway Campus), University for the Creative Arts (Chatham), and Medway Maritime Hospital.

The room has plenty of storage, with a walk-through wardrobe, en-suite toilet and shower, a desk, TV and fibre-optic broadband. You would also have use of kitchen and laundry facilities (the rent covers costs of utilities), but not the main living areas. There is on-street parking.

This is a happy, friendly family home. We are looking for someone who just needs a base for working Monday to Friday, and who has their main home (for which they pay council tax) elsewhere.
