Young Professional Seeking Housemate!!

Iam seeking a housemate who is a fun young professional, clean and tidy, outgoing and sociable. Iam quiet during the week, I normally go gym then cook a nice meal, watch TV or read a book, (because thats what my job dictates) but I love socialising at weekends!

I live in a spacious two bedroom flat in a well maintained building with allocated parking, the flat consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A good size living room decorated in a modern style with a balcony that looks out on the river and esplanade, the flat also has a separate kitchen which is fully equipped. The flat is in a really nice location just 10 minute walk from the Historical Rochester High-street and the train station.

The current vacant room is a good size not huge but not too small, it contains a king-size bed, double wardrobe and is directly opposite a bathroom that would be solely for that occupants use, there is also the option of basic sky television in this room.

Available end of June possibly earlier.

£500pm including all bills (Gas, Water, Electric, Council Tax, Sky & Broadband)

*Sky television is the living room and unlimited broadband throughout the apartment. (It would be an extra £10 a month if you wanted basic sky in your own room.
