We take the view that if a house is not good enough to live in ourselves then it is not good enough to rent out. As such we have spent a lot of time and money refurbishing the property to a very high standard.

In terms of communal space there is a good size kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is open plan into the lounge area where there is plenty of seating and a 40 inch full HD 3D TV (please do not break!). There is a downstairs shower room with a toilet as well as a separate WC. There is also a good size garden to the rear.

We try to select tenants that we feel will get along with the existing ones.

All bills are included - this includes gas electric council tax water and virgin media with high speed broadband.

No pets, couples or smokers please. Deposit is one months rent.
