My name is charlie, I am looking for a professional to rent a room in my Victorian terraced home. It's a double room with a bed but no other furniture. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and bath which I don't use as I have one in my room.
The downstairs is light and airy as it's open plan. I have a very busy lifestyle so there will be plenty of alone time for tenants. I have a dog who is lovely called rocky. He is very friendly and we'll trained and does not chew or sit on sofas/beds etc.
There is no off street parking but I don't often have issues finding a space to park. Only when coming home late at night its sometimes more difficult.
My house is 10 minute walk from rochester high street and there are bus stops on my road.
