Spacious double bedroom in a refurbished house. Three story house with bedrooms on top floor and majority of living space on the bottom floor.

Shared bathroom (I shower at the gym 5 days a week and am out of the house by around 5:15am and get home around 7pm mon-fri and out most weekends).

Shared lounge/kitchen, second lounge and a separate dining room.

Street parking.

Very tidy/clean house and looking for someone who will also keep it this way.
