Comfortable two bedroom house. Sharer's bedroom has independent access to bathroom and toilet. Sharer has access to all rooms and facilities (i. e. living room - tv etc, kitchen, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc).

Ideally seeking mature five day overnight contractor, but seven day sharer considered subject to compatibility.

This is home not a party place but, bar overnight guests, I am a very easy going sharer.

Walking distance from all main assets - railway station, shops, town centre etc.
