The house is quite a spacious chunky house and you will not have to stand sideways to go past someone else
We do not have a problem with housing benefit if you fit criteria
Jobs always get done in good time when any repair is needed
House is in a pretty decent Road about 700 yards to High Street (est)
Parking is not restricted in the Road and no yellow lines
If you have a bike there is an extreme heavy duty chain in the front garden anchored into the ground
The room advertised is the largest in the house (estimate 16' x 11')
The shared bathroom (with shower) is very large and on the same floor

The price of £525 per month is for single occupant

The other roomers are of course peaceful and friendly, respecting one another's wishes as regards quiet behaviour. There are 4 rooms at present.
