My name is Anna. I have been renting a double room in the property from an estate agency since February. Unfortunately, due to unforseen personal circumstances I will have to leave the property and move out to a different area 2.5 months before the expiry of my tenancy agreement. The minimum tenancy is 6 month. The rent is 570 a month, however, it can be negotiated for the first 2.5 months.

I am looking for a nice and tidy person to take over my tenancy. The house has 5 bedrooms, it is tidy, well-maintained, and it is located in a quiet area.

Currently, there are 4 more flatmates living in the house. They are all very nice, tidy, hard-working, helpful, and respectful professionals. If you are looking for a room in a house where you can relax after a long day at work, I am sure you will love living here.

The house has got a living room, a full bathroom with a shower over bath and a separate shower cubicle, additional toilet downstairs, as well as a very spacious kitchen, a big garden with a patio, and a parking.

Viewings can be arranged Monday- Friday (after 6.30pm) and Saturday- Sunday (from 9 am)
