The apartment has its own entrance accessed from a shared porch. There is a large well lit living room with a fully equipped kitchen area and back door leading to a shared garden. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed and ample storage. The modern en-suite has a powerful shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is plenty of unrestricted parking and bus stops for Canterbury city centre and train stations close by.
We are looking for a non smoker who is seeking a private, quiet and self contained accommodation in which to live. Not suitable for those with pets or children.
We are two retired college teachers who live in the main house which adjoins the apartment advertised here. Council tax band A not include in rent.
