Option of two single beds, or one double when put together, however please note that one mattress is slightly thicker than the other.

The property is a small studio with a large wardrobe, and a pretty single day bed with an additional single bed underneath.

There is a grill in the oven, a microwave and a kettle. Basic plates bowls, cups and cutlery. Wine glasses and tumblers.

There isn’t a washing machine, however, should you need to do any laundry ,, there is a Laundrette, a very short ( 3 minute walk ) distance towards the bottom of Grove Hill Road.

The studio is a part of a large Victorian house. It has its own separate entrance. When you arrive, you will see a larger front entrance which accesses all the other apartments, however. The entrance to your accommodation is around the back of the building so you will need to take a turn up Meadow Hill Road to access it. It
