Option of two single beds, or one double when put together, however please note that one mattress is slightly thicker than the other.

The property is a small studio with a large wardrobe, and a pretty single day bed with an additional single bed underneath.

There is a separate kitchen & a small shower room
We have recently had the studio decorated, however the shower is still a little tired as we are in the process of getting that looking tiptop.
If you have any specific requests, we are more than happy to try and accommodate if we can

There is a grill in the oven, a microwave and a kettle. Basic plates bowls, cups and cutlery. Wine glasses and tumblers.
You will find a mini fridge within the wardrobe area., however a new undercounter fridge is due to be delivered shortly

There isn’t a washing machine, however, should you need to do any laundry ,, there is a Laundrette, a very short distance towards the bottom of Grove Hill Road.

The studio is a part of a large Victorian house. It has its own separate entrance. When you arrive, you will see a larger front entrance which accesses all the other apartments, however. The entrance to your accommodation is around the back of the building so you will need to take a turn up Meadow Hill Road to access it. It
The property currently doesn’t have Wi-Fi however there is a good 4 and 5G coverage. Wi-Fi will be up and running in the next few weeks.
