Looking for new flat mate in Tunbridge wells

Hey, I’m Luke. I currently renting a 2 bed flat in Tunbridge wells and my flat mate Ben is moving out when the tenancy is up in April. I want to renew the contract here but need someone to move in to Bens room when he leaves. So ideal move in date would be late March / early April.

It’s a really nice flat close to town centre with bus routes and train stations, shops, restaurants etc, fully furnished, shared kitchen and bathroom. Decent sized bedroom and spacious living room with lots of natural light.

Rent is currently 1000 pcm, split between two people, this may go up slightly when we renew but hopefully not / not by a lot. I currently pay 700 pcm with bills/ council tax included so it’s a really good price for this type of flat and location.

Im a friendly, laid back and considerate person who values a comfortable and peaceful living environment. I enjoy socialising but am also respectful of personal space and privacy. Whether it’s sharing the occasional meal, chatting over coffee or simply coexisting harmoniously, I’m easy going and am happy to adapt :)

I work a 9-5 job, am often at the gym in the evenings and am often out at the weekends seeing friends or going on walks etc, I don’t like being in the flat for too long! But don’t mind if you are more of a home body :)
